- A: Custom orders are reviewed and accepted on a case by case basis. To submit a commission request, please click on "CUSTOM JEWELRY REQUEST" in the menu and "purchase" the item you want made for $0. Please be sure to select what you want made and include info on your design idea(s) in the notes. I will then contact you in 3-5 business days regarding the process moving forward via phone number and/or email! :-)
- Q: What kind of crystal is this? What properties does this crystal have?
- A: The type of crystal used is included in the title and description of each listing. For some general info regarding their properties, I have complied a basic list of crystals I use in my artwork and what they are commonly associated with that you can access with this link. Otherwise, Google is your friend!
- Q: Do you do local pickup?
- A: I no longer offer the option for local pickup at checkout. However, feel free to reach out to me via email or DM if you want to pick up your order at an event I am attending and I can refund you shipping cost!
SHIPPING POLICY
All items are shipped via USPS First Class mail and calculated to get the lowest price possible. Please allow 5-8 business days for your items to ship.
Currently, I DO accept international orders. I ship via USPS International and if there are any restrictions that I come across after your purchase, I will refund you the full amount of your order.
